Frosting (32%): Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Water, Invert Sugar Syrup, Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder (5%), Emulsifiers (Mono- And Di-Glycerides Of Fatty Acids, Polysorbate 60, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate), Salt, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flavour, Mineral Salt (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Food Acid (Citric Acid).
Preparation Instructions
All you need is: 2 extra large eggs 60g melted butter 1/2 cup (125mL) milk Prep time: 15 mins Baking time: 14-18 mins Baking pan: 1 (12 cup) cupcake pan, lined with cupcake ideas. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Line a 12-hole (1/3 cup capacity) cupcake pan with cupcake cases. 3 simple steps! 1. Beat cupcake mix, eggs, milk and butter in a medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium speed for 2 minutes (do not eat batter as it contains raw egg). Divide the batter evenly between the cupcake cases. 2. Bake for 14-18 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched in centre. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan. Gently remove cupcakes from pan and cool on a wire rack. 3. Swirl chocolate frosting on top of cupcakes.
